Revolver

The seventh album by The Beatles was Revolver which was released on 5th August 1966 by Parlophone. Distinctly many tracks in the Revolver were marked by electric guitar-rock sound rather than folk rock. With this significant changed it reached the number 1 position in both the UK and Us chart’s and remained in the top for seven and six weeks respectively. Unlike other albums tracks from this were not performed lively since The Beatles reasoned that it’s very difficult and complex to perform songs like “Tomorrow Never Knows” with live instruments. In the history of rock music Revolver if often mentioned as one of the greatest albums. By the Music of Millennium in the year 1997 it was named the 3rd greatest album of all time. In the year 2000 the readers of Q magazine placed it in the first position in the list of 100 Greatest British albums ever and the same magazine placed it in 4th place in the year 2006.
